Lentil patties made with wheat flower, carrot, cucumber, onion, cumin, black pepper, and garlic salt. Seared halibut bathed in beer-garlic-onion-butter sauce. Each topped and bottomed with avocado, heirloom tomato, and a toasted bun. Wrapped in lettuce, roasted bell pepper, cilantro, and soy sauce.
