According to Elysian Brewery this beer is brewed with 150 pounds of pumpkin in each batch. From the outset of the pour the baked pumpkin pie aromas are hefty. Nutmeg and clove rise from the bottle. Cinnamon and brown sugar are present giving a spicy and sweet balance.
